Source: Ps. 72:8 “He shall have dominion from sea to sea, and from the river to the ends of the earth.” (local, national and global vision).  Jesus shall have dominion in all ministries of DOC. We recognize the authority of believers to take dominion over every strategy of Satan, and to live victoriously.

Our vision is to look outward, rather than inward. Children, youth and adults will be equipped, empowered and released as an army of believers; to reach out to the community, win the lost, and to ‘go into all the world’, through their participation and mobilization of resources. BPEA’s mission and ministry opportunities, as well as other outreach efforts associated with DOC, will be encouraged and promoted.


DOC will be known as a centre for healing, and for Holy Ghost-directed ministry. Weekly services as well as special conferences, mentoring ministry, and other events will provide a place where people from across the nation can gather to receive ministry for physical and spiritual healing; to be motivated and equipped to go out in the power and demonstration of the Spirit to impact their circles of influence. Children’s ministry is designed to raise up children with solid Biblical knowledge, Christian character, a heart for worship, and a harvest mindset. Youth ministry is designed to motivate and mobilize them to influence and impact their generation for Christ. Timothy Institute of Ministry equips ordinary people to minister as healing evangelists. Mentoring programs build up and strengthen believers.
