Bill Prankard is a man with a burning vision for Canada. In 1972, while pastoring a small Pentecostal Church in Beachburg, Ontario he had a life-changing encounter with the Holy Spirit, through Kathryn Kuhlman's ministry. That encounter triggered an unprecedented outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the Ottawa Valley, affecting Catholics, Protestants and the un-churched by the thousands.

He launched into full-time evangelism, and has been conducting Miracle Crusades across Canada for nearly 35 years. Outstanding physical miracles, dramatic conversions, and deliverances mark this dynamic ministry

Although he is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, he ministers in churches and ministries of all denominations. Bill Prankard hosts a daily television teaching program "From The River" which is seen right across North America, and is also available online.
