The Bill Prankard Evangelistic Association takes Psalm 72:8, "He shall have dominion from sea to sea, and from the river to the ends of the earth," as its mandate for Canada.

We believe the declaration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ "in demonstration of the Spirit and of power" (1Cor. 2:4), must include Canada's aboriginal peoples as well as the forgotten people in Russia's arctic, "the ends of the earth."

We believe every means of communication should be utilized to inject life, faith and hope. We are called to declare righteousness in the nation, to "strengthen the hands" of spiritual leaders and pastors, and mobilize believers for the work of evangelism at home and abroad, through the anointing of Holy Spirit.

One of three scriptures carved indelibly into the arches of the Peace Tower on Parliament Hill declares, "Where there is no vision the people perish" (Prov. 29:18). Canada was founded on the vision of a nation in which "He (God) shall have dominion from sea to sea and from the river to the ends of the earth" (Psalm 72:8). Over the years we have drifted from His purposes, and have become a nation desperately in need of restoration and renewal of the vision.

The Bill Prankard Evangelistic Association has been raised up by to declare the miracle-working power of God both in our nation and around the world, and to;

1 - Inject Hope in lives who have lost all hope.
2 - Inspire others to believe God for miracles and
3 - To instruct and equip believers to minister in the power and anointing of Holy Ghost.

The fire of God is beginning to burn in Canada, across Europe, around the Arctic Circle, and all over the world! Bill Prankard is being used powerfully to fan the flame of revival in our land.
